These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ViewTrack mobile app and web console (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You join a project using an invite code provided by your team. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may connect public social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting an account you confirm you have the right to do so, and you authorize ViewTrack to read and display that account's publicly available performance data. You can request removal of a connected account at any time.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and, in particular, not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit (messages, photos, recordings, and connected-account information). You grant ViewTrack a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you and your team. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
Any earnings, bonuses, or payouts shown in the Service reflect records maintained by your team or project and are governed by your separate agreement with them. ViewTrack provides tooling to track and display this information; it does not itself process payments and is not a party to your payout arrangements unless expressly agreed in writing.
We may suspend or remove your access if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of analytics, or uninterrupted availability. Performance metrics are sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewTrack and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
